  4. I want to know is this normal. Its gone?

I want to know is this normal
I am sitting and when i get up my heart be like "lub dub lub dub" on my chest for few seconds and its gone ? Experiencing such palpitations since few weeks ! Btw done ecg, echo, thyroid profile and blood tests a month ago everything is normal !
