Greeetings, I am Male 27. I had typhoid in December-January 2018, its been 3 months after that. No medications are going on. I feel harder heart beat after smaller exertion. But heartbeat is regular. I was in anxiety attacks that time, so was misunderstanding with heart attacks. My doctor told me I am OK but still for my conformation I should do ECG. And I did same. ECG was normal. I haven't taken any anxiety medication, I managed it with meditation and EFT. But still I get kind of harder hart beats after exertion like if I climb 2 or more floors via stairs etc. Another thing is I was regular in exercise but after tyohoid my daily routine has changed completely, I am doing desk job right now so don't even walk 2000 steps per day. Can it be a reason for that. Another thing is My company doctor had my medical checkup, he told me my blood pressure is only 5mm lower than high limit so need to take precautions.

From last 5-6 days I have been feeling pain on the chest (tenderness when pressed) and pain on the left hand. Last year I had got all the cardio related tests done including CT Coronary Angiography which all came normal. Want to know what is the reason for this pain. Should I undergo any other tests to rule out any serious alignment.

My bp goes to 180/100 after aggresion otherwise it always 110/80 or 120 /80 no dabetic no thyroid why it goes up and it any pathological condition my echo ecg tmt is normal lipid is ldl 60 hdl 37 t.chl 110

My father was having fever around a week back. he went to doctor and he had prescribed zerodol and antibiotic. He takes nebicard sm daily. His fever was 102 a day before. During night he was going to throw saliva he fainted and was unconscious. he was fainted for 3-4 minutes. His eyes were open. On hitting hard he came back to senses. He had stool in his pants. we went to doctor a day after. Ecg reports were normal. Can it be attack? i am worried. what should i do. he has no chest pain or anything.

Hi Doctor, My friend has been fainted for a couple of times in a couple of months. Twice with a symptom of dizziness and once without any symptom but while getting up during night each time remained unconcious for around 1-2mins, and i gave CPR through mouth to mouth breathe after which she gained conciousness. I then did some blood tests in which she was found VIT D deficient with range of 5, and TSH with range of 5.58. Recently she fainted today before lunch. Please suggest what should i do and which doctor should i consult. Thanks, Kunal
