Heart Problems & Remedies

I have this breathlessness feeling some times especially when im travelling or at a new place. Also experience tightness in the middle of the chest. Is it just anxiety disorder or is it heart related?

I have high BP (130 by 92) . During check up at CMC vellore , Drs are advised me for lipid profile, ECHO,TSH,LIPID PROFILE AND URINE NEFRIN AND META NEFRIN.all tests are  ok .BUT Tryglyride level wad too High that is 375. Drs prescribed me Cilacar 5mg at morning and salt restricted diet 7 month ago. But during last 1 week sometime I feel pressure at nose and feel uncomfortable. Today I checked my BP it is 129 by 94. Though I have taken cilacar every morning. I drink beer 4 out of 7 days. Is drinking is the problem. Please suggest me in details what to do. Did I need to change my medicine?

I am having Chest Pain from past 15 days. Last year also I had the same pain and have undergone cardio tests like EGC, ECHO, TMT and also CT Angiography. All tests were normal. Now also I have done a ECG and TMT which are also normal. I would like to know what is causing this pain. I also have left hand pain and back pain and sometimes Breathlessness. On routine health check up I was diagnosed with High Cholesterol for which my Doctor prescribed 10mg satin which I am taking daily. I am also facing GERD issue for which also I am taking Pantocid. There is also some tenderness on the chest. Please help what is the issue I am facing as all my cardio tests are normal. I have done total 3 TMT in last 2 years. All are normal.

Hi, I suffer from Chest discomfort and pain on back shoulder on left side occasionally . sometimes it last for a couple of days. I did an ECG, Echo and TMT stress test and all are normal. I was later asked to do Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D tests . My vitamin D level was 8.5 and the doctor has prescribed supplements for the same . Can I rule out any serious heart issues or should I be concerned about anything . If so, what test should I take next to rule out heart issues.

I have pain in my left shoulder for 6-8 months. It's mostly mild and occurs only if I lift heavy objects through left hand or take support to my body while resting like bending hand to support the head,neck etc . Does I have to show to a cardiologist?

I have just checked my BP and reading came 145/120. This is the first time I know about it which is uncertain. I just had AMLOKIND 5. Is it OK for today or may I switch to another power/composition?? I was feeling OK before BP reading but after reading I am worrying. Please guide me.

I am a 25 year old female. I've been having chest and left arm pain since months now. I get pain upto my fingers. The chest pain is there and I sometimes get twinges. The pain subsides but comes back again pretty much everyday. I did an ECG and an Echocardiogram done. Everything was normal except echocardiogram said LVEF 45-50% and mild systolic disfunction. My cardiologist said it's nothing but the pain still remains. And it really scares me as I stay alone. Please help me.

I am taking regular blood pressure medication and recently changed the dose and brand as per doctor instructions. But still, Blood pressure is not stable.
