She is having hypertension (2years). She has been taken telma cT 40mg daily.. but from regular checking of bp she is having a low bp.. and having complaint of tiredness.. can she take the same medicine in half (20mg) daily.. Is it possible? Or can she take it in alternate days.. which can be done safely?

She might be having wide fluctuations in her BP. Go for ambulatory bp monitoring. That can give her max./ min/ average BP through out the day. Get her renal function done to assess serum electrolytes. Low sodium may cause tiredness and general weakness. See a cardiologist.
