Hi am sangeeta am 29years old i hv pvst problem but am not taking any pill .i dnt have regular session of palpitation so frequency in 5years i hv 2.3timws i want to conceive can i aur i should take medicine before conceive

Dear Doctor, I am 41 years old unmarried male. I am obese 107kg. I have Asthma, urticaria, GERD problems. Past 2 months I am taking deep breath and yawning a lot. Continuous speech I get shortness of breath. I am having medicine for anxiety disorder from Psychiatrist for the past 50days. Recently 2D Echocardiogram was taken on the advice of Cardiologist, since my ordinary Echocardiogram taken at reputed hospital had shown mild PAH trivial TR Grade 1 diastolic dysfunction. This time 2 D Echocardiogram was taken by another Cardiologist. He said everything is normal. Only Trivial TR. No PAH. No Diastolic dysfunction. I noticed that the report states Right Atrial outflow tract is Abnormal. Turbulent flow present in systole. What is this? Please clarify I am worried.

Can anxiety cause a extra heartbeat or strong heartbeat...whenever iam just sitting or standing still,I feel a sudden single strong or late heartbeat...what might be the reason?

I am having chest pain on left side but its not accompanied by palpitation, vomiting and breathlessness. I had done my stress test in November 2018 which was normal. Do I have a heart disease? Or what should be done to get rid of the chest pain?

My 32 years brother has undergone angioplasty with 2stunts almost a 1.5 years. Now he is ok and taking morning one tablet as per the doctor suggestion. He started drinking alcohol twice a week. He told doctor only told. Am not sure whether he is lying or true. Is it fine drinking alcohol for cardio problem patients especially brother who has stunts too. Please help me with pros and cons.

Iam checking my BP since one month it is around 135/90 and most of the times diastolic pressure is high it is around 90 above since one month sometimes iam feeling muscles near joint at chest causing pain and some nerves pain in left hand I also had Gastro problem but using sompraz tablet since one month feeling some relief now for gatsric, but left hand pain is some times increasing making me feel anxious and stress. Met with cardio doctor he taken ECG and blood tests RFT LFT CBP and creatinine shown all normal he suggested for lifestyle changes. Sometimes i feel little pain in heart surronding nerves and it goes automatically Please suggest any further should I go for diagnosis or treatment.
