Mild chest pains only sometimes

I felt mild chest pain like pushing with needle.. It happens rarely and I had a full cardio test on last may month and the results were good but still I'm feeling the pain at least once in a two weeks.. My cholesterol is abnormal it is above 250.. My BP remains 130/85 at night everyday,but it continues to increases from 4.0AM till 6PM from 130/85 to 150/90. At about 6pm every day it declines to 130/85 .please suggest me as to whether I should have medication or not.

Constant pain n pressure in Heart

I am having constant pain n feel pressure on heart. Have done TMT n echo and nothing came out. Doctor advised to take Dolo 650 whenever pain. Deep breathing helps to control pain and sometimes feel pressure when laying on left side. Trying to loose weight as well.
