Namaste Doc. Friend of mine is having chest pain. I always catch him rubbing in chest many times in a day. Last year he went to to General check up of his wife, n he made some check up of him  n Came up with Sugar level of 450+. Aft some days he went for FBS which was 220. Aft watching his reports doc advised him to get ECG done. Aft analysing his ECG doc forced him get hopitalized for further investigations. Aft all investigations Doc Discharged him Saying that he must undergo CAG ASAP. M attaching the reports. Plz advise what to do next as My friend is not listening us and refusing any Test and not keeping his diabetic and BP medicine regular. Attaching the reports. Plz reply so that I can make him understand by showing this chat. Cuz he is the only son his parents and married too. Plz..

Heart rate of 55 okay? When generally it is 90 to 119 when I'm stressed. This is worrying me. I'm on Pexep cr, clonafit and propranolol 20mg twice a day for anxiety.

What measure should a patient take during heart attack? Should a patient  take aspirin or sorbitrate together? Or if together which one should a patient take before? Or how to take those medicine or what is the dosage of sorbitrate or aspirin? Or is there other meficine except this? I am extremely worried for my parents Both are patient of heart disease Recently one of my uncle passed away due to massive cardiac which further triggers my tension Please guide

Sir if ecg,tmt,echo normal is it means normal heart?my bro had normal all tests but still paining...

Iam feeling heart palpitations past 9 months. Iam having uneasiness in rib cage left side from past 3-4 days.i get the sensation and feeling of strong or late heartbeat almost everyday it is so sudden that I get stunned after it is ocurred. It makes me very uncomfortable...what could be the reason?

Having severe pain in center of the chest and it follows to left shoulder, the pain is very deep while lift my left hand. The pain starts at 1.30am till now continues. Is it emergency or normal gastric pain??

Last Bp record is 160/100, I could not get any dactor appointment immediately. Any suggestions and medicine much appreciated.
