Heart Problems & Remedies

I have chronic tightness and dull pain in chest, in the centre mainly but it feels like it moves slightly left or right randomly. It feels slightly cold or chilled, eg how spirit evaporation feels. I have an oximeter which currently shows Heart Rate in the 90s and spo2 98. I do tend to have a tachycardic state. The times when I have felt like this is when I used to have panic attacks and earlier during AUD hangovers... Sometimes I have to breathe with effort.

I was on bp medicines two years back and than my doctor said not to take medicines as in young age lifestyle changes should be done. When i started medicine , i started feeling pulse in hands and feet but i was physically active as i was in college and felt normal after playing my bp was also normal. But now my hands are always hot and i can feel pulse in my hands and feet and my bp was 150/90. I am afraid of doctors and appointments. I can just chat for now.

My mother started feeling dizzy suddenly.when we went to doc he checked her bp which was 180/90.doc gave her telmiride40 for 20 days.she never had bp before.is this enough

Dear doctor. I am writing this for my mother. She is diabetic since last 18 years and has some other health problems. She is taking medicine for Thyroid, BP and Cholesterol (it varies accordingly). She has a weak health condition. Due to the above mentioned health conditions, is there any possibility for Cardiac related problems and chance for stroke? If yes, how can prevent such conditions? Is there any preventive medication for future Cardiac problems and stroke for her under this health condition? She seems gastric now a days. She says her stomach is always bloated due to gas. Why such a condition occurs? Kindly give me a reply.
