Need clarification 21 hours ago Dear Doctor, I am 41 years old unmarried male. I am obese 107kg. I have Asthma, urticaria, GERD problems. Past 2 months I am taking deep breath and yawning lot. Continuous speech I get shortness of breath I am having medicine for anxiety disorder from Psychiatrist for the past 50days This time 2 D Echocardiogram by Cardiologist. He said everything is normal. Only Trivial TR. I noticed that the report states Right Atrial outflow tract is Abnormal Turbulent flow present in systole. What is this? Please clarify I am worried.

Which time is preferable to take bp readings at home? Which position is accurate to measure bp that is sitting , standing or laying down? Which bp reading should be considered ? That is each time take 3 readings, first reading shows little bit high than others. Can i considered 2 and 3 reading or avg of 3 readings? Pls suggest. Regards.

Sir / Madam I am working in one MNC company as a Chief Manager, as per my company policy i did PME just few days back. Results : ECG - Normal 2D Echo - Normal TMT - Negative. Blood reports : Normal Range. Can you suggest me sir, should I go Angiogram also. One doctor advices me for angiogram for his friends hospital cost is Rs.11000. He told me everything is perfect but if you want go for Angiogram test. Please suggest me if all tests are normal, Angiogram is required. Please kindly suggest me and help me sir. Regards

My systolic pressure is 120 but my diastolic is 100 and this morning I had 110/70 pressure Do I have hypertension or what do I do ? And my pressure usually is 110/70 and today it's 120/100 do I have to worry ? Or is it just stress?

Once I had jawpain (suspected angina)during brisk walk 2years back.Whether this can be detected now.I however started to take Amlong mt 50 daily.Was it really angina? Now,after a cerebral stroke 6 months back and retirement I am spending freely without any job related tension.My bp has come down to 110/75.I check bp 3 times a day and sopped bp medicines. Is it okay? As further reduction of bp is dangerous for stroke patients.

Can acid reflux cause palpitations ? I was suffering from hyper acidity, and since then i am experiencing palpitations occassionally. To be sure i have done complete blood test, ecg and echo, everything came in normal ! As advised by my General physician.

Right hand thumb and fore finger tips are itching from 1 week is there any Blood Infection in my Body.If yes pls suggest which blood test for finding Infection in Blood . My blood was O+ve . I TOOK precaution like cleaning with Detol for every 2 hr.
