I'm facing the problem of breathing problem from last 5-7 days not on big scale, but some times. So for the same I did my health checkups done from practo. reporta is here with me.. I just need your help to know the actual issue in report and how I can get out of the breathing problem.

Suffer psoratic airthrits presently on Mtx 15 mg.   Please Suggest Suitable treatment RHD.. I have not taken any treatment for RHD yet

Cough small amount of blood have done echo and stress test and chest x-ray all are normal can this be pulmonary embolism

Since a month my I was feel little chest pain ..when consult with doctor he asked me for Cholesterol Test kidney/ Echocardiography/liver /Urine Test and ECG because at the time of doctor visit my BP was 140/80 and I reported little chest pain around my chest and now am taking medicine of BP and cholesterol since a week and I have changed my life style of food but still chest and BP is 130/70...now in report cholesterol is high as per  Echocardiography and I am taking BP medicine since a week and cholesterol medicine but no benefit seesm so far ... please find my attached report and suggest...so that I can understand my situation with good doctor to recover my diseases immediately. PFA my report . Please suggest

I am 29 year old male in past few months I felt twice, pain (only experienced when I move my left hand or any movement that effect left side of chest) similar we have after first time of exercise (sore muscle) it stays for hours,I also feel strain or kind of pain in left part of neck and ear.I am also suffering from gas(excess build up in stomach) issues . Is this pain due to cardio problem or just gas? I am also taking medicine (one month) for tuberculosis (stomach).

My mother had a 2d echo last year and this year only difference being "ectopics noted". She is having stamlo 2.5mg and rosumac asp and arjunarisht. Should anything more be. added for this added ectopics.
