Heart Problems & Remedies

Since in 2 months sometime daily i feel chest pain(not much just slightly) and disquaetnes(ghabrahat and bechaini). I went to the doctor whenever i feel like above i mentioned also i did ECG,BP but it was normal. Doctor mentioned some medicine but it also did not work. He said it bcoz of acidity and gas. It's not related to heart. Pls suggest what should i do.

Sir iam suffering from anxiety related hypertension, iam using olmezest H20 tab, iam taking bp reading by automated bp monitor. I took 4 readings per each sitting. My first reading always high than later readings. Pls suggest which reading should be considered? During first reading iam very anxious and nervous .
