High BP with acid reflux sometimes
For long time I have been diagnosed with pressure of 140/100, 150/110 160/110. I work in oil and gas Oman. I have field nature job. Recently I have diagnosed with head ache (sinus) and check my bp, it was 160/110. And doctor here told to observe for next 5 days and start taking Amlodipine 5mg permanent. I have acid reflux and acidity sometimes( not all time). And here food is prepared by canteen, general south Indian dishes are available.
I m afraid what to do at this young age. ? What shall I do to reduce?? Should I take those tablets? Or any other solution?
