My Doctor had suggested Telpres LN 40 for my BP issue. But doctor is not available on phone nor I get this tablets in medical shop near me. Please suggest an alternative medicine. Thanks

I am 22 years old I have slight pain in the left side of chest and I am using metoprolol 12.5 mg rightnow

Last 6 years I have high blood pressure and I m taking olmesar 20 h . Last one week my blood pressure reading is 135/90 to. 145/95 what I do for low my blood pressure.

Hello Doctors, Pls Pls help.. I always feel I have a heart attack. I am 35 yrs old 45 kgs unmarried female with no history of diabetes or thyroid or kidney function abnormality. Non smoker and a non drinker. No cholesterol. I always get left side chest pain, sometimes back and both jaws and both legs. I am scared. My ECG and echo is always normal. I get left side chest pain. When I do exercise it goes away and sometimes it doesn't. Also I don't have any BP related issue. My BP is 120/70.. Always.. X-ray is fine and so is TMT. Once my heart beat was 116. Rest 80.. I will die I think. I love alone. Pls help. Also I feel breathlessness with left side chest pain. Are my valves working properly ??? My x-ray of lungs is normal. I have stopped going to my work coz of this. I feel scared that I will die at my workplace. No one to take care of me. HB is 12.  Pls help me dear Doctors. Regards

Since 5 days I am having difficulty in breathing sometime and also felt heavyness on chest. And aldo having pain in all over my body. Kindly advice me . As I cant step outside during this phase.

Hello, My Dad had Stress Test on 19th March 2020 and after that he is facing dizziness and anxiety once in a day. BP is also between 120-140 / 70-90 He had Angioplasty on 1st March 2020. After TMT only he is facing Dizziness and Anxiety and that too once in a day. After having BP Tablet, he feels much better in just one hour. All blood report is normal and BNP is 162. TMT was good and he walked 3min 56sec. Don't know y is this continuing after 7-8 days of TMT. Kindly suggest some medication or something?

In the month of January I had a stroke because of blot clot on left side of Brian. It was a mild attack and because of which I am not able to balance properly. I can walk well. Now I had minor pain and felt diziness and gas. After ENO it was ok for the day. But later in the evening after dinner felt some pain on the left side and then we rush to hospital Ecg is good eco is good heart rate is good One on 20th was 2.5 than yesterday it was 5.6 and than in morning it was 3.5. we have been told that we will miss few dose of acitorm and than only go for angiography. Wanted to know is angiography must?

My echo report shows grade 2 dra and I searched on internet and it shows it's dangerous but it happens only in old age people I m very terrified

I had done a echo report in 2019 and it showed grade 2 dra but when I have done it yesterday it was gone and doesn't show such finding ??

Went for normal blood tests. got them back with abnormal values. reports attached.. pls suggest what to do further
