Hello dear sir,from the past month I am tracing my Bp and it sometimes comes 130/86 and sometimes 135/90.I do have some stress also.Please tell me whether I need some medicine or not.I am checking my Bp after every 7 hours.i m much worried.please reply

Hi, I have this chest pain and tightness since 20 days. Whenever i wake up in the morning the chest and shoulder area is sore and painful. Whenever i bend, move, twist, turn, cough and stretch, it pains more. I also have left arm and shoulder pain since 2 days. Due to no OPD because of lockdown can't even get ECG and Echo test done. It's very unsettling. Can you help me? I am afraid what if it's heart related.
