Can I take cefixime tablet in lunch and azithromycin tablet in night on same day. I am also taking inderal la 20 in morning and night. Is it safe to take this medicine also

Iam getting pvcs or sudden strong 'thud' in chest from past one year.i happen anytime,even when iam simply resting,it also happens during exercise and after exercise.i feel sudden pvcs atleast 1 or 2 times a day.i get really depressed when it occurs and it ruins my enthusiasm to do anything.i don't know how many pvcs exactly I must be getting,but i feel strong thuds atleast 1 or 2 times a day.what could be the reason?
