Dear Doctor, kindly advise me on my BP. My BP remains 125/100 , 135/98 and 132/96. How can I lower it?? Is this considered High BP?? What should I do. Thanks

I am feeling palpilation in chest. My echo, TMT, ECG is noal My holter test diagnose sinus rhythm I am normal

My heart beat suddenly increases very much. This is happening randomly means at any time even when i am resting or talking to someone. This makes me feel like i don't have any strength in my hands and legs. This changes my mood and i don't like to do anything or talk to anyone, I start losing my interest in everything i like. This is happening daily from last two weeks. Are these symptoms of any heart disease. What should i do.

Sir I am feeling flickering in my left chest , then I got  ECG,echo, TMT test that are normal . I also conducted holter test in which sinus rhythm is recorded then doctor prescribed me inderal la 20 medicine two times a day , after that I am normal , but now I again feeling flickering in my chest , it it normal

Hi..im 26 years old i have anxiety symptoms couple a months ago i had episodes of sinus tachycardia had an ecg done at the time of episode which showed sinus tachycardia and st an t wave depression in ii,iii & avf..done further ecg's which showed similiar st and t wave abnormality (st and t wave depression in ii,iii and avf).. 2d echo was normal. Doctor advised me to have a tmt done which came out borderline positive with less likelyhood of signficant CAD prior starting the test baseline resting ecg showed similiar st and t depression in ii iii and avf METS was 8.8 at stage 3 bp was 150/80 normal hr response, good exercise tolerance,no arrythmias. HR achieved: 187,max bp:150/80,total exercise time:7.14min. I felt no chest discomfort and pain during exercise. Is angiogram needed? And what's causing these st and t changes

I feel very dizzy after standing up and laying i feels like im going to faint but after a few minutes I feel normal again what am I supposed to do should I get treatment for it?

I see that from last 3 years I am facing chest pain on centre. It usually occurs on exersion, lifting heavy load on staird and sitting on high speed vechile. I have done cornory angiogram it is normal. Also echo is normal. Also at that time I see that my stomach bloats. Is it due to heart disease or anxiety issue. Pain remains till I rest. Please suggest .
