I got palpitations and doctors detected svt on ecg and get palpitations suddenly when I stand up doc suggest to do ablation is it necessary I also get palpitations when doing exertion like climbing stairs

Male -29 years.. In December last year i went to emergency hospital because i was feeling my heart beat very fast and chest pain... In emergency they did ECG and said not to worry.. i consulted one more senior cardio and after seeing the ECG and physical verification with his stethoscope he also said same and gave me some medicine like clonozopam, betacap tr 40 and some other and it went well... But from last weeks am feeling heart like its fluttering or vibrating specially in evening i dont have any other symptom like chest pain and other.. And because of lockdown am not able to consult the doctor... Kindly suggest me what to do, is it happening because of anxiety or any other thing. Am attaching ECG of that time... Please please suggest.. what to do

Dear doctor am getting blood pressure of 140/80 before 1 month my doctor suggested me to take telma 40 at morning and asomex 2.5 @ night time, I got so much of drowsiness and dizziness later I asked with my doctor in phone call he said me to stop asomex and telma to take 20mg, and also he asked me to take lipid profile and creatnine test, my total cholestrol show 170 and everything is normal except vldl, normal 20 to 40 but it shows 41.1 my doctor suggested me to take rozucor f10 @ night time for 100 days except my family doctor everyone is saying to stop all medicines, it's blurring my vision and not feeling active ,before taking medicines I didn't get any symptoms but after consuming medicines it worsening my life style etc, please know me if I need to take medicine or not?...i

Is it normal to have swollen leg after heart attack though he is on regular medication. The attack came around 20 days back

Doctor I am 17year old and I feel that my heart is beating irregular and also my sensation is that when I go to sleep it is beating fast

Mg/dl LDL Cholesterol is 99.99mg/dl VLDL Cholesterol is 41.72mg/dl LDLC/HDLC RATIO IS 2.56 TC/HDLC RATIO IS 5.35 S.Cholesterol/HDLC is 4.63 S.Chelestrol is180.71mg/dl. Docter Two value are higher side what treatment you can suggest me.
