I am 38 yrs old female. Facing tightness in chest and a little pain in d chest at times. It is a mix of heart and muscle pain. How to identify the teal problem.

I am having chest pain for past 3 daysand left shoulder the pain is very mild and very less i just want to know it something wrong

After having lunch, started getting a pain in the center of the chest and had mild sweating as well.

My mother had undergone angioplasty 3 weeks ago and her hand was having swelling after angioplasty. After that medications are ongoing like tablets of brilinta, Ecosprin, insulin as mentioned in current medications. Her hand Swelling has reduced and those blue colour and red colour patches are also vanishing slowly alongwith the reduction in pain. I want to know the cause of this blue and red colour? I have attached the photograph of same. Is it normal or any serious indication? Kindly guide on this
