Heart Problems & Remedies

I was diagnosed with Essential Hypertension (90/140) and high cholestrol in January and was put on Telma 20. I believe it was mainly due to my sedantry lifestyle as I was consuming too much alcohol and fatty foods last year. Since January I have changed my lifestyle and exercising almost 1 hour every day 5 days a week. During repeat test of cholesterol last month, cholesterol got almost in required range. I have lost around 15 kgs (82 kg previously 98) and about 20 days back I noticed that my bp is low(105/65 to 115/75 on an average). So I lowered my dose to 1 Telma 20 every alternative day (skipping one day). From last 20 days of dose adjustment my resting bp is in range of 110/70 to 115/75 on an average. I do feel low bp while exercising like I feel pressure in my head/diziness during cardiovascular activity. Please advise?

Hello Doctor just need to clear the doubt in my mind I recently got 2d Echo done Ejection Fraction shows 69% it is good/normal or high?

My age is 34.I start rosavel F 6months before due increased in cholesterol level reaches 260.Doctor told me to take for 3 months only. Now my cholesterol level reaches 142 .need advice to continue or discontinue.Due to lock down my doctor is not reachable.please suggest

I had heart attack in Serember 2018.I was prescribed Axcer 90 along with ecosprin after discharge for one year after that.In September 2019 i had undergone stress echo test and there were no blockages and LVEF was 50-60 %.I was again prescribed Axcer 60 along with ecosprin .My query is for how long i need to take AXCER medicine.During lockdown i am facing difficulties in procuring this medicine as most chemist keep Axcer 90 only. Can i discountinue Axcer 60 for some time?

In morning I got palpitations so I got to er and they did ecg and attaching the same they also done echo it was normal doc said to ablate I get palpitations even when climbing stairs he prescribed dilzem tablet now sometimes I feel my heart stops and then starts is this something serious

From yesterday my left chest (extreme end below shoulder) hurts sometime as i put my finger on it It looks like rib is hurting It is not on whole chest but some perticular points on extreme left

Can see sudden raise in high BP and High heart beat. When checked a while back 136/97 and 102 beating.

My mother is taking Telmisartan 40 tablets from more than a year. I feel there are some side effects of this medicine like fatigue and dizziness. Need to know if she can stop taking this medicine if the blood pressure is constantly measured as normal.
