Since last night I feeling that my heart beats after and feel something in middle of chest sir please suggest any thing to get rid and what sign is this?

Since last 15 days m feeling heaviness at the left side of Chest. Pain is not severe rather like a Needle pinch pain for 3-4 secs. M feeling it in duration after every 5-6 hours. Is it any Heart problem or just Gastritis?

Age 26 years, 9 days ago, after eating channa daal, and sit of 5 hours continue,  it's start loose motion from next days, about 12 times within 10 hrs, and seek from fever with temperature 101, took paracetamol, fvr got normal...99.3 degree around 6 pm, and control to 98.6, according to day down, no fever from 7 days, but acidity problem continue, after every 15 minutes, too much acidity formed, and after going toilet, only acidity released, and from 5 days, too much acidity, 1 day before yesterday, its too much pain in chest after dinner, also pain in backside,  relief after 15 minutes, after acidity passed, yesterday, little pain starts in right side, on walking in evening time, today, stomach is heavy, a little needle pain here and there in chest...today i took rebisec dsr tab before breakfast, rather problem continue, suggest, is it heart problem or acidity...please... thnq.

My father has been facing problems like sweat and acidity with pain in chest . his cholesterol levels were high. No problem of diabetes. I m attaching his ECG reports. Plz suggest further

I am a heart failure patient with MVR surgery done in Oct 2019. I am taking Cordarone 100 mg since then. From the last 4-5 days, my HR has been between 60-65 bpm. Is it a healthy HR or should I be consulting a cardiologist?
