Hello doc My father had chest pain yesterday, we went to the hospital and the ECG report says there is a slight st elevation (v1 and v4) after that doctor advised for /*CK-MB -> 3.32( positive) Troponin-T -> negative*/ Haemothology report Haemoglobin -> 15.5 /*Total erythrocyte count -> 7.09 (normal range 4.0-6.2)*/ He is fine know it was may be due to gastric but I just wanted to know The slight st elevation v1 and v4, erythrocyte count is normal or not? Actually due to lock down we were not able to consult any cardiologist. Thank you.

I am having chest pain for some weeks. Sometimes I can also feel pain in my left arm and in my upper back. I had rapid increase in my heartbeat 2 times in a months, I was sweating and my body was getting warm. It felt like I was having a heart attack. I was scared. So I had my ECG done today. It shows sinus tachycardia and nonspecific t abnormalities, inferior leads. Is there anything serious to worry about. I'm also attaching my ECG report. I had previous history of medication for depression. Is it related to this.

When I check the BP sitting it shows 150/100, but when checked sleeping it shows 140/90. So should I start taking tablets?

Inside year pimple and it's paining alot.  It started yesterday night. Having pain killer to reduce pain. Not able to touch ears. How to cure it.

Sir last week I suffered with gas trouble I took the medicines But from last night I feel left side chest pain, shoulder blades and dizziness and nausea The pain lasts for 5 sec, come and goes every 30 min Is it cardio prob or gas prob

2 days before i was sitting on feet for just 2 mins nd felt lightheadness nd fainting like condition on standing up..that was sudden drop bp. difficult to breath for sometime. i had salt intake suddenly bt took much time to be setteled..nw my bp remained approx.95/65nd difficult to sleep at night due to short breath. i was also on dieting.nw i am worried what should i do..what is the exact problem . i moniter my bp on digital machine at home..where heart rate sometimes is shown 60 -70 or 80 approx..i feel heart dumbs on hearings noises..all this due to low bp? doctor suggest me multivitamins nd more salt intake...is it due to lack of nutrients?

Hi Sir, last month I had discomfort in my chest and pain. Doctor suggested me to go for full body checkup in which sugar, ecg, echo, tmt, chest x-ray, lipid, pft test were done . All results were normal except for cholesterol. Total cholesterol is 219.0 , LDL is 154 , HDL 36.0.  doctor suggested me to reduce weight and prescribed tablet Rosuvas for cholesterol . My bp is around 140/90. Weight is 110kg. Now after a month , I am again feeling chest discomfort with mild pain sometimes. One day I was feeling short breath which increased on lying flat. Feeling dizziness too. Please advise. I am not taking any bp medicine, but just now my father's surgeon sugegsted me to take Amlodipine to. I just called and asked him for coursey advise. Is Amlodipine good?

Sir my wife feels pain in last two days.her age 50 .she has no sugr BP colostral.only thyroid take 25 mg.pain problems in walking.working properly only sweat in night.do yoga and light exercise. Sir give me best suggestions what test we do.and any medicine.she take. Waiting for your valuable suggestions.thanks .

I am 17year old and I feel that my heart is beating hard and fast and also when I go to sleep I feel vibration in heart beat also I sometimes feel that heart beat is going to stop

I am suffering from hypertension ... My bp mostly remains in 130/90 ... But from few days my corner side of chest is paining ..it's pain come and goes ...In mild chest pain ..but I walk daily I don't have any problems in doing excercise... Should I worry about it ?
