Heart Problems & Remedies
High blood pressure
I have been facing high blood pressure since 2 years. I have started taking bp pill "onato" 5mg. I have left everything that is unhygienic for me as i had high cholesterol and uric acid but now uric acid is 6.25 and LDL is 77, Hdl 34 and triglyceride is 227 my HB1AC is 6.62. I walk 2-3 km daily continuously. But my bp doesn't remain under limit frequently. It jumps without any reason (apparently) to 156 or 160/100. Thyroid test is ok. CBC is ok. Renal dip test is ok. Now what prob is this as my age isn't that much that i should take blood pressure pill. Also it has made me psychological coward like i can't travel much coz of the fear of high blood pressure. My ECHO was ok 1.5 yrs back. ECG in 164/112 bp was ok as well.

Resting heart rate is always above 100
Dear sir/Mam ,
My heartbeat is always 100 or 100+ . I measure it with my finger on neck which gives me 24-27 pulse in 15 sec i.e. above 100 (number of pulse in 15sec x 4).
I had history of panic attack which first happened in year 2015 by rapid beating heart ( I was told it's due to acid reflux) and than it started again in 2019.
I am very scared to travel (specially in late night on long journey ) I get bad thoughts like what will happen if I get attack and train is in jungle no one can save me. Etc. Such thoughts increases my heartbeats and I feel very verrry scared that time. I also prescribe

Malignant RCA
I was having Gastric issue however as a precaution I underwent CT Angio being overweight. However, my CT found abberant origin of RCA from left aortic sinus, about 7mm anterior to the origin of left main artery. The proximal end of the artery courses in between aortic root and RVOT. Radiologist described it as "MALIGNANT RCA". However, my normal cardiologist took it casually that it is rare and can either cause death or can stay normal. I took second opinion and he said the same and said no need of surgerical treatment. However, AIIMS doctor told me to have stress thallium test but the results were satisfactory. However, there is still risk of SCD. Should I go for another opinion and get operated because of risk of SCD? Also the report says "MALIGNANT RCA" which scares me of SCD.
