Hello, Yes she is having a heart attack as per the ECG and it is recent. ECG suggests a blockage in her main heart artery. You need to take her to a hospital with cathlab facility ASAP and get her treated. Do not waste time in online consultation. She needs urgent hospital care. Take care

Considering her age and symptoms and reports She is suffering from heart related problem The ECG is suggestive of Ischemic heart disease due to blockage of artery . To know whether it’s recent heart attack or old I suggest her to undergo Trop T and CK MB test . Any ways she needs urgent cardiologist consultation and echocardiography and above blood tests . If blood test is positive needs admission and further treatment
