If someone had heart attack while exercising at the gym on an exercise bike 3 weeks ago and ever since then having frequent episodes of sweating, chest pain radiating to left arm, neck and back pain and extreme shortness of breath throughout the day and sweating with or without movements. After how many days of heart attack is doing TMT safe and recommended ??
The patient is already on Propranolol 30 mg, Telma 20 , Ubicube, FAA 20, Alamin M Forte, Cactus Grandiflorus 30ch daily since even before the incident.
