It depends. Many people have short pr and lives normal life. Only those who suffer palpitations episode need treatment. In almost all case it's never life threatening.

Hello,
Short PR interval in presence of delta waves suggests WPW syndrome. If only short PR then no need to worry. Its very rare to have arrhythmias with only short PR and even though they occur they are not life threatening.
