I recently went through my annual health checkup and in that echo report was normal but ecg report shows "ST DEPRESSION || ||| aVR V5 V6" I have no symptoms and my heart will usually race when I visit hospital.. Please let me know what to do further. I have attached the reports for the reference

Hello sir In dec 2024 I have done routine check up my ecg echo and lipid profile... Echo was done by cardiologist and the final impression was normal Lv function wall thickness with EF more than 55%. Lvpwd - 1.1 cm Ivsd =1.0 cm But within month in January I have done another Echo by different cardiologist And the report says... Normal LV size Function with EF more than 55% But the value was different Lvpwd = 0.76 cm Ivsd = 0.76 cm Sir the value is different ... Now plz sir tell me which report i have to follow ??

My mother aged 69 years, is on BP medicines moxonidine 0.3 (1-0-1) since last 2 years. recently we found that her bp comes in Normal range (< 140/90) in morning where as in the evening time it comes slightly higher ( between 150/90 and 165/90) so inorder to control bp all the time, if I add telmisertan 40 (0-0-1) in the evening time, would it be ok??? to add telmisertan with moxonidine in order to control her bp all the time. Which one is more effective moxonidine mono therapy or combination therapy moxonidine 0.3  with telmisertan 40??? For better bp control all the time and at the same time no side effects. Need your valuable suggestions in this regard. Thank you

Lvef 15 17 percent. On medicine since a year. Gets tied easily. Moderate Mr, moderate ar, severe ,Tr, feet n legs oedema. Fluid retention is problem. On fruosmide 20 mg daily.. arnicor 50. Any surgery can improve my condition?

Hello, I feel heavy on the left side of my chest and sometimes pain and feeling suffocation In diwali i had 2d eco n ecg and the cardiologist said ur heart is functioning properly and had ecg in jan it was ok But yesterday i was feeling pain n suffocation n pain I'm worried that there is any blockage issues or heart attack symptoms.
