My mother AGV report got and on that So2 is 39% but in oximeter it shows 90-92 range also pco2 is 53% so wht should we do she dnt have any chest congestion nor any saans fulna test is Venous so plz advice she admitted at hospital past 15 days she suffering with renal failur only one side also with bipop included 1-3 ltd oxygen daily but now she recovered plz guide

Dear sir/mam, My wife have done enjoy plasty twice with 5 stend and five bloon done. Now Dr said she has facing heart failure ejection is 45℅ and give all medicine, but she is not feeling well without taking nikoran d 10 tablet, it is ok to take 1 nikoran tablet with other medicine of heart failure and blood thinner. Dear Doctors, Past 2-3 months I am experiencing left side chest pain (sometimes) and episodes of palpitation. All test (ECG, TMT, Echo, Blood test) done but nothing found. Also from around 2-3 days random pain started with lack of interest to eat anything (When pain remains) and sometimes feels like vomiting. I have attached the ECG report done today. Please advise.

My father recently undergone a stent procedure 2 months back . He went for angiography test without any symptoms as his tmt came out positive for ischemic heart disease but doctor suggested to place a stent due to blockage in main artery. Although he did not suffer from heart attack but still as a precaution we thought of go with doctor's recommendation . Want to ask for a second opinion if the stent was actually needed or not . Also, He also now has severe weakness after stent placement and also he sometimes feels sudden sweating and restlessness.Is it normal after stent procedure. I have hypertension around 160/95. Local doctor suggested me to take Amlodipine 2.5 mg at night. But in morning pressure significant reduce but by the time in afternoon, blood pressure increases. One doctor prescribe medication as Telmisataran 40 mg once a day in morning. We have done blood test, ecg and echo cardiography but all reports are normal. My age is 70. Can I take telmisartan 40mg at morning for female??
