I have persistent feeing of dizziness and headache. It is throughout the day. Is it something related to my brain or heart? I am concerned. I have a desk job of 9 hours daily. How can I check if its only due to my lifestyle that I am having this feeling.

My mother is taking Telvas 20 for High BP but not effective. When she takes Nicardia Retard 10 BP drops down quickly. Also Amlovas 5 gives her back pain so she stopped. Hello respected doctors, I'm experiencing sternum popping, tightness, discomfort and stiffness... ecg echo xray tmt is normal I'm not getting any sternum pain but only sternum tightness in middle and stiffness and pop pop sound sometimes when i strech my back . any remedy?

Good morning, I get sudden chest pains which lasts for 10 to 15 minutes. I cannot move and sit in the same position until the pain reduces. This has been happening from past 1 month. Earlier the pain was lasting for 2 to 3 minutes but now it's increased. I thought it's acidity and took medicines for it but it didn't give any results. I have BP on a higher side - 140/90. What do you recommend? I have no history of BP or Diabetes.
