Need clarification whether i should take medication for cholesterol.if so please suggest me medication.

Earlier I use to tale Telsar 40 and Concor 2.5 separate tablets and blood pressure was in control. 125/85. Recently the doctor has changed it to Concor T which is one tablet of the combination of the above two. Its been 5 days now but blood pressure is at higher side 135/92. Does taking two different tablets with two different manufacturers and combinations drug with one manufacturer create a difference. Kindly advise

Chest and arm pain but ecg report shows this as sinus rhythm with non specific t and st wave. Please help

Recently i have been experiencing very low energy and drowziness, with trouble focusing on things. Also i have been experiencing weird anxiety in my chest. For somewhat similar symptoms earlier (6-7months back) except the drowziness and low energy which i am experiencing this time,I had done 2d echo 6-7 months the result of which came out to be normal. Also within that period i had done ecg test 4-5 times which came out to be within normal range. But this time i am feeling a lot low on energy and constant sweaty palms and feet. What could be the possible reasons and what needs to be done. Also i had done endoscopy 2months which revelaed small ulcers in my stomach for which my medications completed 25 days ago. Could this be linked as i have somewhat cut down on my food trying to eat mote healthy foods Please guide

Can you please help to understand if the attached ECG is normal. This is taken a month back. I am feeling mild tightness in chest and very mild left arm pain  from a week occasionally but not too consistent. I not having any inconvenience to my regular day to day works. Please tell me if I have to proceed for any further check up.

I had my cbc test reports where it's showing high MVP more then 11. Can it cause heart attack as I continually feeling light pain on left side near the heart and what can be the cause of it ? I am not over weight but I have a gastric problem small intestine swelling for very long time. So can any one suggest me to which doctor should I need to consult I should I need to worry or not ?
