Sir i have my medical exam or armed forces in next month...there blood pressure is measured ...and in that pressurized environment due to fear and nervousness my blood pressure rises above 140/90 ...i am unable to control my mind at that time ...what should i do so that my mind remains calm and donot overthink there...i become nervous and agigated at home also whenever i think myself in that medical exam about high BP... Suggest me some medicine that can control my bp there for once ...

Hello my father has been prescribed febustat by his nephrologist for high uric acid. Just wanted to know if it is safe for people with heart failure.He is on Toresemide 5 mg twice after heart failure.

Dear Doctors, I'm a mother of 4 years old girl baby. 6 years back, I had gastritis and got cured with medicines. So, on and off I get chest tightness, acid reflux, blenching if I eat gassy food. Two months back, I took ECG and Echo as a part of regular medical check up and everything was normal. Recently, I have been facing sudden sharp pain at the centre of the chest while sleeping in the midnight. Tat pain is noticeable even in deep sleep. Once I wake up and give movements to the body, the pain goes off in 5 minutes. I asked my husband to pat my back and then the pain goes off. It feels like a sharp gas pain (like a pain while drinking water after eating beetle leaves). I'm a teetotaller. Had sweet beeda a very few times during wedding. So, I'm explaining the pain in tat way. Otherwise, I don't have any bad habits. This episode of pain happened 4 times in last 3 weeks. Otherwise, I'm fine. Is it related to cardiac or gastric pain. Please advise me if I need to meet any cardiologist.

I have left side chest pain sometimes it is in chest sometimes in shoulder someties in left arm and sometimes in scapular area...also feel numbness in left hand little finger sometimes...when i rest i get some releif in pain but have some pain while resting also.......pain is continuous and it has been for 2 months...ecg done 10 to 15 times and trop t 4 to 5 times everthing is normal and negative...done blood test also ckmb is 14.5 and cpk is 31...done tmt and 2d echo last year in aug 2024 it was also normal...pl tell why am i having pain

In ecg report it's mentioned Larged ptfv1, Low T wave (I, aVL,V5,V6). Is it normal or did need to consult cardiologist. Also having gastric problem with mucus release with stool

Can anybody please help me in my condition, I'm experiencing chest pain along with breathlessness, giddiness and sometimes chest heaviness, I feel chest pain at a pin point random locations in my left chest. Cardiologist has done my 2D echo, TMT and ECG, all were normal. I'm a patient with Grade 1 to 2 fatty liver. The cardiologist has given me some medicines : Ciplar LA 20 (for 15 days). Udiliv 300 (for 15 days). pantocid. It's been 02 days that I'm taking Ciplar LA 20. Can I suddenly stop taking Ciplar LA 20 after 15 days of the course ? or will it cause any serious complications to me if I stop taking it after 15 days. kindly help me.

I have pain left side on neck shoulder and one point of chest also i have acidity problem so i have burning sensation now i did ecg echo which is normal and with that calcium score ct scan is 0 now i have ldl 145 cholesterol 211 triglycerides 176 how much change did i hve heart attack i am so much anxious should i do ct angio or anything

Good morning sir /mam I had a rough patch last night. I was tensed and there was pain in my chest region. I have experienced chest pains since childhood. I had it checked in 2010 in holy family hospital. The ECG was OK and then the doctors went for Echo test which was also fine. After that they ruled out that it was a panic attack. But I get these chest pain whenever I am in stress and it is persistent for few days. But last night I felt that pain in the upper region of my chest and my arms (both) felt numb for a few seconds. I couldn't control it as I was crying a lot. Then vomited twice in an interval of one hour. My whole body was shaking and there was a headache. It took me 2-3 hours to come to normal condition. I went to sleep after that. Today since morning I am having a little bit difficulty in breathing and there is a mild headache and i feeling a little bit nauseous. Please guide me through this.
