Hi ,for past 1 month Im having pain in the chest , difficulty in breathing and chest tightness. Yesterday I consult a cardiologist. They took echo and said the echo report was normal, chest pain might be due to thyroid and gave me medicine a named propranolol, feronia-xT. still facing the same problem even after taking medicine. I have attached my echo report . Is there any problem in that?

Hello doc
My dad is suffering from unstable angina,double vessel cad,dm and htn.
He is on aspirin and statins and ohas and anti htn medicines as of now.
But in case of future emergency when he feels breathlessness , acute chest pain,and sweating.
How much dose should he consume isosorbitol tablet in case of emergency when he can't reach hospital any time soon?
