This ecg report of my father has detected some abnormalities.it says that infarct cannot be ruled out .What does it mean .Is it anything serious?

Hi ,for past 1 month Im having pain in the chest  , difficulty in breathing and chest tightness. Yesterday I consult a cardiologist. They took echo and said the echo report was normal, chest pain might be due to thyroid and  gave me medicine a named propranolol, feronia-xT. still facing the same problem even after taking medicine. I have attached my echo report . Is there any problem in that?

I have pain in chest bone on left side . It's been 2 years and happens twice or thrice in a month for few seconds. The pain  feels as if something is broken inside.

Hello doc My dad is suffering from unstable angina,double vessel cad,dm and htn. He is on aspirin and statins and ohas and anti htn medicines as of now. But in case of future emergency when he feels breathlessness , acute chest pain,and sweating. How much dose should he consume isosorbitol tablet in case of emergency when he can't reach hospital any time soon?

I m 44 year old.hb 18.5 PVC 52.5 RBC 6.24.dr did CT CORONARY.incomplet mayrocardial bridge.dr written aspirin.bisoprolol.and rosuvastatin.but still feel headache and some time blurred vision.what to do now.

Hi my age is 33 year, i worry about heart problems, so I done echo test, echo is normal, some time I feel chest pain, I have a major problem of gas and bloting, doctor advised me tmt test my tmt test is negative Met score 13.2 Pls suggest still need any more reports or leave worry about heart

My mother got her echo 2d done along with chest ct scan today Below are results of echo 2d SCLEROTIC AORTIC VALVE MILD AORTIC REGURGITATION  MILD MITRAL REGURGITATION  MODERATE  TRICUSPID REGURGITATION  PULMONARY HYPERTENSION. PASP : 56  mmHg  CONCENTRIC LEFT VENTRICULAR HYPERTROPHY ADEQUATE LV SYSTOLIC FUNCTION. EF : 55  % NO CLOTS / PERICARDIAL EFFUSION/ VEGETATION.        *And below is result from ct chest scan Fibrotic bands seen in bilateral spices Rest all normal Is this cause for worry..as of now she is on BP medication and thyroid medication..has no breathlessness at home only finds difficult to climb stairs or walk for more than 10 mins
