One strong heart beat
Hi,
In the past 1 year I've had a couple of anxiety attacks. I take inderal la 40 to control my heartbeats and anxiety.
Since then, Sometimes i would get a shallow feeling in the chest followed by a strong thump heartbeat randomly during the day.
But recently this thump has been happening a few times during the day and a couple of times every night when I'm resting or about to sleep.
I'm stressed out because of this.
My 2d report states mild MR, mild lvh and lvef 50-50%.
I'm overweight, smoker and drinker.
Kindly advice.

Antroseptal t wave abnormality nonspecif
I have attached along ecg report of my mother . She was having chest pain, with back pain and shoulder pain since yesterday evening . So today done ecg.
Pain is increasing on deep breathing in centre of chest and also certain movement like lying down. Ecg says sinus tachycardia and Antroseptal t wave abnormality nonspecific.
She also has history of cervical spondylosis usually pain in shoulders neck. Could it be heart related or its musculoskeletal? Any further tests needed and what about ecg changes??

Heart related concern
I have head axiety realted to my heart and blood pressure from the past few years sometimes it goes and then comes back if I see any video of young people dying of cardiac issue. I had done multiple ecg in these years and recently done echo and tmt, and both came normal. The tmt report is not here. My bp remains 120/78 but shoots sometimes when i panic. I have started fearing playing sports cause instantly my mind goes to my heart beat snd I panic cause I might get cardiac arrest. Should I be worried? My resting heart rate is 56-60 but I have developed a habit of keep checking heart beat and if sometimes it is above normal for some reason I panic.
