Heart Problems & Remedies

Hi Dr; I am on some medications as attached in images. I am going to gym 3-4 days a week, can I take creatine monohydrate as supplement for better muscle strength, cognition and performance, is it safe for me. Attached product details as well.

I got high triglycerides around 300 mg/dl everytime i test. Cholesterol and ldl are normal. I tried dieting and exercise, cut off fat and sugar, no alcohol, ideal body weight still everytime same level of trylycerides. Do i need to statins or fenofibrates?

BP is around 130( 122 to 130 ) /90 ( 82 to 90 ) with daily aten25 tablet. Ecg ok, echo ok I started walking from 7k to 8k daily from the last 15 days. Weight reduced from 80 to 76 in the last 2 months.. Should I continue the same medicine or consult a doctor . I have been taking BP medicine since 2015.

My father is suffering from ejection fraction 20% since last one year and in this one year he was animated in hospital 03 to 04 times for diagnosed access fluid in body, COPD and increased CO2. He becomes very weak and tired and does not stand up and walk by himelf. Often getting fever near about 99, low appetite & less sleep (sometimes excess sleep). Please tell us what the chances are of his survival and cure.

Does the report define heart issue? Also, further course of treatment? Is pacemaker required? Can this be due to severe gastritis?

Is 35 heart beat of the left side of heat for a 55 years old adult man is harmful????how many years can he have more to live like this is the start of this condition but can you predict how many more years can he live

He was on losartan-50 since way back but,he started regular "digital BP" checking from january 10,2025 and found his BP in 140/90-155/97 range for 3 days so we consult a cardiologist online along w/ some reports done,he recommend adding Amlo-5mg to losartan 50mg from 14 january and since then,his BP has been normal..but last sunday(2nd february),he develop chills due to cold during church service as he didnt wear warmer clothes,he quickly rested and warmed himself,he had no other symptoms but still took day off from office on mon(3/2/25),we consulted same cardio guy n he advised withholding amlo-5mg for now n continue with losartan 25mg..he went back to work on tuesday..his digital BP levels taken twice daily since 29jan-3feb has been attached in file..today(5th feb),he took digital BP check thrice and two times each(5 min apart)..his levels were 106/73 n 102/71(7am),108/73 n 110/77(3:55pm),105/72 n 100/69(10:15pm)..he has no symp/complain as of now,kindly advise on what to do further

Is there any medications required no symptoms as of now test was done as a regular health checkup is medicine required or regular healthy diet and exercise can would be enough

I had chest pain in july 2023 had ecg trop t 2d echo and tmt everything came nirmal...after that automatically had releif from pain...in december chest scapular shoulder and left arm pain started wih numbness in pinky little finger had 12 to 13 ecg and 4 to 5 trop t everything is coming normal pain is continuous sometimes it in chest somtimes shoulder arm and scapular area ...pain has been continuous for more then 1 month...what is it...is it a heart or muscular pain
