My echo report says thinned FO region but no definite shunt in TTE...what does this mean and is there possibility of ASD  later in life?

Hello How much fluctuations in BP is normal during anxiety. I have anxiety disorder and I am under therapy for that. My BP fluctuates a lot some days normal some days high. It's very confusing if it's because of anxiety or i have a high BP. Some readings are like 160/90 and some are 141/84 150/90 148/85 130/80 128/78 too many variations taken on different time of the day. Some i feel headaches dizziness blurry vision and nausea with it other days I am all normal. Done all blood tests ecgs echo all normal. I have cervical issues as well. Kindly advice. Thank you

My mother aged 54 y/o. Having cholesterol 200 in her sept reports. We haven't checked her latest cholesterol yet. But, she has started having pain in her upper back and arm now since 3-4 days. She is fearing for heart problem. While most general surgeon are saying it's her upper musculoskeletal pain. Kindly help me with the same.

Im taking corbis 2.5 and enam 2.5 since 2.5 years...but still my bp stays 130/90 or 140/80... diastolic maximum stays 90... should i continue this medicine...is this medicines safe??? im very much worried.

Since morning i have felt 2-3 episodes of chest heaviness, i felt my pulse during that time and it was beating irregular. Don't know whether it is gas or what but i am very afraid. I had done all important tests of heart in april may 2024, i.e. echo tmt holter etc and everything was fine. But today these things are making me fear. Except it i can walk climb run without any issue. Please guide

Sir i have a pain in my right side of chest from last two days, it can come at any time at it automatically goes, only pain in chest no other symptom some feeling burning sensation in chest, please help to get some relief

Hi, I am a 24 year old female working professional. I often experience chest pain in the left side like pins and needles. Sometimes it's in the middle of the chest or the left side. The pain feels like pinching or burning sometimes. Other times it's stuck. Chest feels heavy and tight sometimes. My left arm feels the pinching sensation as well along with the left back side. I feel like I am unable to breathe but breathing is normal. I feel dizzy sometimes. All these made me so scared and panic about heart attack. All day i am scared that i will suffer a heart attack. I did many ecgs, blood tests, left, holter, everything is normal. In one the ecg it said that T wave inversion in V2 lead, otherwise everything is normal. Additionally, I have gastric problems everyday. I am very scared about dying and heart attack. Please help me. Please help.

I have mild tricuspid valve regurgitation....after taking arjuna terminilia for 5 months..mild tr become trivial tr....but trivial thickening happened...Can taking arjuna terminilia develop tricuspid valve thickening in heart. Cause it has calcium minerals. Or it is safe to consume.
