Today when i do yoga Breathing exercise my chest mucles started twiching for 3-4 second and it comes normal.. In 20 march 2025 i have done ECG doctor says Sinus tachycardia ..for which I m taking Ciplar la 20 as cardiologist advice... Echo is normal And Holter is normal.. Thyroid profile is normal and CBC is also normal.. What is it sir Is it heart related ?

What does Abnormal R-wave progression, early transition... QRS area >0 in V2 mean and indicate in an Otherwise Normal ECG ? How to heal it please please advise ? Note - Baseline wander in lead(s) V2, V3, V4, V6. 12 Lead ECG result for Patient 36 years old woman suffering from severe gnawing and burning chest pain everytime whilst talking pain radiating from middle of chest to arms, neck and back accompanied by severe breathlessness and sweating. This happens everytime whilst talking. Please please advise.

Sir my Cardiologist prescribe me Ciplar LA 20 ( od) and beta anxit 20 mg ( propranolol 20 mg and Alprazolam 0.25) mg at bed time...sir due to my work i have taken ciplar la 20 in evening around 4:30 pm And Beta anxit 20 mg in night around 10:30 pm ... Due to inappropriate Sinus tachycardia ...can i take it or shall i take ciplar la 20 in morning itself sir..

I'm having High heart rate during second trimester starting ranging from 100 to 115. What could be the reason of this? Before pregnancy my heart rate was under 100

Hi doctors I am 35male height 5.7 and weight 68kgs I have thyriod from 1 year I'm taking thyronorm so I have frequent palpitation from like 8 years I have no bp issue or anything as such but heart beat sensation in neck , while getting up suddenly or while lifting weight but it lasts for a while I'm back to normal ... any remedy , treatment or medication available for this or should I ignore please suggest me because I have checked in ecg as well it's normal kindly help and suggest thank you

Is there any difference between Metoprolol succinate prolonged release and Extended release? If prolonged release brand unavailable, Can we take extended release?

My Bpm is between 50 -60 during Ramadan Fasting feeling anxiety and BP is 127 /90 is it normal, I am on Peelar c 20 and sometimes inderal La 20 . And Clonotril 0.25 SOS on anxiety.
