I got pain in chest and did ecg. I attached the ecg with that.. Pls tell me whether normal or need further investigation

Sir, My relative female 60 years old acute attack of heavy throbbing cest with suffocation . Her Bp 160/90mmhg .Ecg below .bs 180pp. What's problem.pl adv me.

Why I feel left hand pain arms and hand pain also strong hard chest point sharp pain I have no muscle strain as no gym did  despite have cardiac normal 4 ECG and 2 times 2d echo normal tmt is normal and 2 cardiologist told not issue

Due to left chest pain ..I check myself by echo n tmt...I have diagnosed with mild tr 3 years back...doc said everry thing is normal ..it is normal..and pain is due to anxiety...after that 6 month later I done Echo again ..and it shows trivial tr and mild tr thickening...again doc. Said everry thing is normal..but told me to do echo in every 4-5 years... Which I can't understand...and trigger my anxiety again...since thanfrom 3 years every day my chest Iain pain ...and I developed fear of progressions of this issue in future...all negative thoughts comming daily in my mind... deadly operation, sudden death, ...life became hell...what should I do... please guide

I have left shoulder pain also i have abdominal pain with that sometimes i have blue nails but doctor it is because of cold very light blue i show cardiologist he said muscular pain did ecg echo but normal should i go for ct angio doctor not recommended i feel so much anxiety

It said something like arrythmia.. Is it some serious i have attached the ecg also here... Pls i am in panic mode... If some one help i will be thankful..

Feeling lite tightness in left side chest and lite numbness in left hand and heart is beating faster

I took cardiac risk marker profile blood test. My high sensitive c reactive protein is 1.24mg/L and my HDL is 39mg/dL in my lipid profile. Other factors seem to be in normal range. How to decrease my c reactive protein and make it to normal level and increase my HDL cholesterol ??
