You need to continue for sure. It will be better to assess when you take the medication regularly. The target levels can be decided after discussing with you thoroughly regarding your cardiovascular risk. As of now, continue rosuvastatin at same dose regularly and repeat the lipid profile after 3 months. Further decision can be planned after that report.

continue the drug. levels are high and discontinuation of rosuvastatin is not advisable.
