Sudden shock like feel in chest region
Sir In 2008 I suffered with anxiety somatizaton disorder ( rapid heart rate & palpitation). visited Apollo hospital hyderabad for treatment. Consulted Dr J srikath ( general physician for internal medicine) .He suggested some tests like 2d echo, ecg , TMT , thyroid & some other blood tests. All tests found normal , Sir prescribed me betacap TR 40 mg & razo DSR . Within a very short period my issue resolved but if I skip the betacap tablet for one day again my symptoms repeating. So, I consulted several cardiologists & every time my tests found normal From 2020 onwards additionally I am suffering with one more symptom which feels like I am passing away. Sudden shock like feel from throat to chest region and also chest pain some times .        Shock like feel suddenly it will come and go . I visited (Several top most Cardiologists)Apollo, AIG , Yahoda hospitals in hyderabad but all doctors told reports showing normal & suggested to continue the betacap tablet . Sir plz 🙏

You have no cardiac problem. You have anxiety disorder. Betacap can be continued for the same.
