Feel like Sudden Shock to my heart
Sometimes I get sudden shock at center of my chest which lasts less than a second. This comes without any dizziness or shortness of breath. But I can feel that shock which gives anxiety. I am also getting pulsating feeling between my chest and abdomen , especially after eating.I have taken echo two months ago and my doctor told that my heart is fine. But I am still getting this shock feeling without any pattern or any accompanied symptoms. I am getting this weekly once or twice. I am not sure if holter monitor for 24 hours will help.

You can get a holter done but it will most likely be normal as the symptoms that you are describing are not likely heart related

Once weekly episodes are unlikely to harm your heart . Don't worry. You can get a Holter study done.
