Deep vain thrombosis
I have pain in both the legs.start from back of thigh and goes down to back of knee and calf. Pain is there when sitting or standing and specially more at night. Unable to sleep. But pain relives on walking. - no swelling - no skin changes - but pain is severe I am attaching my both legs pictures. Can it be dvt ? My hb1ac = 6.2 Arthritis profile = -ve Cholesterol normal but i am obese

Odds are low. Dvt usually increases on walking and is associated with swelling. Both leg DVT is very rare.

likely restless leg syndrome.  can apply topical analgesics for pain relief.
