I am having hypothyroidism but my pulse remains high . I am taking inderal  10 once a day. In hypothyroidism pulse remains low but my remains high . I am taking inderal since 2019 . Initial stage it was inderal 40 but now I am taking inderal 10

My mother is having the problem of high blood pressure for last 18-20years. Last she had consulted the doctor 15 years ago and was given two medicines- Aemlodec- 5mg and Triptomer- 10mg After that she had not consulted any doctor. Blood pressure keeps on fluctuating sometime, subject to the changes and happenings in her surrounding. Now her blood pressure usually ranges between 140-150/ 90-100. Should she change some medicines or consult doctor? Kindly guide.

My chest seems to be paining for a while from last few days. Couple of days back I had a visit to ER where in my ECG was taken. My body was shivering I could not speak a word, my chest was paining a lot, I had blurry vision. Doctor told that it was a panic attack. I'm on treatment for depression for last year and half and currently I'm on clonazapam 0.5mg, mirtazapine 15mg, quetiapine 25mg. I've sent my reports to my psychiatrist who asked me to get a cardiologist's opinion on the same. I'm attaching my ECG and ER summary kindly look into the same and tell me if there's anything to worry about. Also my pulse rate is quite high and bp is also on the high side very much everytime. Last year I had taken all the tests like tmt 2d echo etc everything was normal however the cardiologist said my BP is very high and my pulse is rate is high. I was advised met Xl 12.5 for a month. please check if it's really due to depression or a sign of any underlying disease ?

I took my first dose of covaxin on 29th june. I am facing shortness of breath after taking 1st dose since last 23 days. Is this an allergic reaction? Should i take 2nd dose?

From last few days I have been feeling anxiety and pressure or heavy-ness on my left chest near above heart and not feel good to take dinner regularly but yes in the day I don't feel it so much may be due to the work I am doing. And I don't know the reason of anxiety at the body level and don't getting any stress or psychological stress in my mind except my work load, I mean at the thought level I remain clear most of the time. Sometimes it feels so much that I feel need to do vomitting. And one thing more from last year I started snoring during my sleep and in the starting stage of my sleep I felt that I'm skipping my breath due to which I made more sound during snoring which is abnormal for me. P.S. - My dad and grandfather had problems related to breathing & respiration and recently my dad got awaked that he is in the starting stage of asthma. But in the light of this genetics problem I'm continuously doing workout for last two years. Waiting for your advice!😊

Had cheat main 2 months back, it was non cardiac had my ecg, 2d echo done came normal, cheat x ray normal, fbs,hba1c,thyroid everything normal but cholesterol was high, the pain got subsidized took, arcalion,ulgelsyrup,pantoprazole now again after 2 month had similar type of chest pain although the pain was moderate to mild last time it was severe that severe that i was not able to even lay on bed, so as usual had my ecg checked even this time it came normal . So should i get more test done or is it enough to rule out cardiac related chest pain...
