I underwent holter monitoring for 24hours. The doctor said I have tachycardia. ECG, Echo, xray are all normal. The doctor said the reason for my tachycardia is anxiety. I only have palpitation and difficulty breathing. Can I have Zapiz 0.25mg for my anxiety every alternate day or will it have side affect ?

Hi am sainath here I am feeling a pain in my chest more frequently these days I am having this kind of pain when I am thinking about something more seriously and working continuously This is very much suspicious for me I never had such pains before earlier but these days it's getting more and more frequent that I am suffering this pain. Dear Sir, Why BP readings are different from both arms like in one arms its left arm its 120/80 and other arms is 130/80, i have checking with omron which is quite accurate Is this the cause of concern ?

Hii everyone, I have done recently a full body check up and find something abnormal in my echo report. Some times I feel very anxious. At the time of echo due to fear my heartbeat was approx 110 and 120. Kindly check my echo report and tell what will be the next step or is everything is normal? Thankyou in advance. In my report this is mentioned: Mild Mr and Tr (pasp 32 mm hg) Lvef 65% And every thing written is normal.

Recovered from COVID 3 months ago. Initially chest used to feel very heavy and there was numbness in the left hand also. Palpitations were there so I took corbis 2.5 for 10 days. Now palpitations are okay but heaviness still remains. The intensity of heaviness have gone down but whenever, I work out or lift something heavy, my chest becomes heavy again. Tests done on 29th august- ECG, ECHO, D-dimer, CK-MB, TNI, BNP, MYO, chest x-ray and PFT. All were normal. Sometimes when I press my chest (right/left) , I feel crackling sound like when you crack your finger. What to do?
