Angina chest pain

So i once had chest pain which was very mild and was localized in a very small area on right side of chest but was consistent for like 18 hours or so, i had an ecg done which came normal (sinus tachycardia - was having severe anxiety)and next morning pain turned too MUCH SEVERE, i was not able to deep breathe(due to pain not breathless) wasnot able to lie on bed and or sit in on chair but taking pain killers reduced the pain , idk if it was pain killer or just an placebo, so i ran too an cardiologist again had my ecg, echo, chest xray, blood test done everything camenormal except ldl, very high ldl.he prescribed pantoacid andpain killer, and pain vanished within 2 weeks completely but now after like 50 days i felt the same pain on my chest this time on left side plus i was having excessive sweating (i live in humid area) idk if it was due to climate or chest pain, but the pain was mild but with movement like twisting my chest incresd pain, is it angina, ecg -normal, is the pain cardiac???

Heart disease

My grandfather had 2 brother one lived 85+ , one died <40 of heart attack and mine grandfather died in army, but the grandfather that died of heart attack his son also died yesterday of yes herat attack he was only son, rest brother of my father had no heart conditions whatsoever my father had no condition he is a fairly healthy person, even at 55 he has completed multiple 5k marathon, but he was diagnosed with high cholesterol back 15 years or so , he is a M.D himself, plus i had chest pain around 25 may it wasnot cardiac defo had ecg,2d,xray,troponin,etc but found out i had high cholesterol, and again on 20 july i had similar chest pain and again i had ecg which came sinus rhythm and normal ecg so is this much test enough to rule out my this recent chest pain as non cardiac or looking at history of my family although he is not directly related but he was blood relative and died of heart attack at 38 should i get more test done for just this test to rule out just this last chest pain
