Sensation of pain when heart beats
I get a sensation of pain in one of my nerves or muscles of the heart whenever the heart beats..the pain comes and goes (lubb-dupp) . I have this from yesterday and lasts only for sometime. I had it yesterday evening and then became normal and then had it today morning again but cured after sometime. Could it be due to gas, after taking antacid/ antigas  tablet the pain reduced. I am sitting more than usual time these days and also get leg pain sometimes, and currently my stomach is bloated and I have little constipation since few days. I have had panic attacks in the past few months ( during covid) ( rapid heartbeat) . Pls let me know if it is something serious or is it a gas problem or anything else. Thanks in advance
