Heart Problems & Remedies
Hypertension and high HR
Hi,
I want to stop taking concur 5mg. It was prescribed to me for high bp and high heart rate. Electrophysiologist scolded and asked me to stop taking medicines as elevated bp and heart rate is because of anxiety. He said everything will become normal if i change my lifestyle and exercise. I started doing the same. Now i want to stop concur 5mg. How can i stop it. Will i have any rebound effect??
Thanks in advance

Advice for Change in medication
I was undergone angioplasty in 2010 and lateron developed diabetes and was also on diabetic medication (GP2 twice a day) with BP medication of motoprolol 50mg and Ecosprin AV 20. Now three months before I diagnosed with fatty liver. My weight was 85 kg before three months.
Thereafter by doing intermittent fasting for about three months I lost 11 kg weight by doing exercise and brisk walking and lifestyle changes.
I stopped diabetic medicines gradually due to low sugar levels. Now my fasting sugar level remains around 130.
I also reduced motoprolol from 50mg to 25mg and Ecosprin AV 20 alternate days. My BP remains normal about 60/105.
Pl suggest can I further reduce BP medicine as I am facing vertigo type in head while I suddenly stand from sitting.

Ectopic beats advice
Took hcq400 one tab for corona and then got palpitations and stopped it, then next day took azithromycin 250mg got chest stiffness and stopped it got scared and went to hospital. Got corad- 1 at that time. First ecg PACs, second ecg normal. Been 8 months, now thuds without any other symptoms keep coming when I don't sleep well or if I'm watching a thriller movie, everything come while lying down but not while sitting or standing all other parameters normal. will these ectopic beats go away on their own ? Pics attached, third triangle is an ectopic beat in oximeter and I felt it, please advice. Also I guess the only medicines like clonazepam or propranolol won't work for my condition as it goes away when I read a book but I'm not consistent in reading a book, I'm a lazy person basically in home for 8 months.
