Exercise and ectopic beats

I got ectopics beats PACs 8 months back when I took hcq400 for corona and I exercised and after it my Thuds or beats increased overall my anxiety increased, rest all parameters normal. My heart during exercise was normal but when I am at rest I feel this ectopics. Can anyone provide a good answer

Insomnia or Sleep Apnea

Diagnoaed with hypertension around 2 moth back.Taking sleeping pill as not able to sleep at all since day 1, in addition to BP medicine. If sleeping tab not taken start having heart beat increase , breathlessness etc. Is it OK to continue Zolfresh. BP is now improving. Is it insomnia or Sleep Apnea?

Hi, Follow up to my previous question on stopping concor 5mg. I have been taking it for 1 and half months now. Initially when they switched me from metroprolol to telma my heart rate went to 190 and i was in day care for two days. That is why am concerned would it re occur if i stop concor 5mg now. Blood pressure anxiety.

I developed anxiety for blood pressure so i started monitoring it frequently i am 23 year old. Now while monitoring mostly at rest my blood pressure remains 115-120 70-75 but once twice i stood up and then again layed and measured immidiately and was 135/77.
