I had chest pain around mid may it was atypical,consulted a local cardiologist he did my ecg and echo and some blood test(troponin t -normal) , ecg, echo were normal but my fbs came 56  plus my  ldl cholesterol came 182 , for which he prescribed(i had 30.2 bmi at that time now its 26.8)rosuvastatin,which i was not comfortable taking then he said you had to diet even if u take. Medicine or not and said to consult a dietician, and i was on diet since then but last week i had a lot of junk foof, oily basically i shouldn't have ate. And suddenly again i developed chest pain this time accompanied by other symptoms like shortness of breath (but i was jogging) the pain was mild though but it made my anxiety shoot skyhigh, i consulted another gp (homeopath). He said to have ecg and echo done again, ecg is ok . Should i have my echo done again as i had it done on 1 junein just 50 day my can my heart have failed, iwas exercising religiously should i repeat my ecg and echo or just an ecg enough🙏

Hi my weight is 88kg Height is 5.7 Fasting 85 Hba1 c 6.7. recently recovered from covid. Total cholesterol 233 Tryglicride 160 Ldl 150 Hdl 36. I smoke also .earlier I don't do any physical activity but I have started now and reduce 4 kg of my weight .earlier my weight was 92. My query is what is a high range of lipid profile which can cause stroke or attack . Does value can be different according to age also plz specify.in my case where I am standing plz clareify which can give me some relief becoz I am very tense about my health specially for heart ... I live alone and very tense. Plz help me out in this ... How can I improve my lipid profile also kindlly tell

Hi doctor, Sometimes at night my heart rate goes 48, 46 when I was lying on bed(not sleeping). I also feel dizzy sometimes. But in day time my heart rate will be above 55 only. Medical history: 1)I was covid recovered 3 months back. It's a mild covid. Recovered from home isolation. 2) I have gastric problem too. After covid only I found that my heart rate goes below 60. I never observed low hear rate before covid Note: before covid I had 2D ECHO and serum cholesterol test, which is normal Do I need to go for any other tests again? Will low heart rate dangerous?

At covid times my father took CT scan In that scan we got to know about one thing That" Atheromatous aortic calcification" is seen nd mild  cardiomegaly But we didn't consult any doc about this Is this dangerous ?,is this need treatment ? Any tests is need for this ? If need treatment what kind of treatment should we use What to do about this illness And after two days again they took CT scan for lung purpose in that reports they didn't mention about this prblm My father used remidisiver injectiona for covid nd went for plasma therapy now he is perfectly alright but we are tensed about his heart
