Hi, my resting pulse ( when lying on bed ) is around 78. What is the normal pulse rate generally when we stand still ?

I know that things like chips or chocolates are unhealthy. But if we eat like 1 packet in 3-4 months and like i work out daily is it still very harmful. Can we eat everything if we eat it in limitation once in a while. I don't drink colddrinks or eat ice cream

After post covid recovery , 3 weeks later i started to take bp meds , although my bp was high for a few days before the medications and once i took the meds , i started having mild chest pain which is still continuing 2 months later. Its quite random and never at the same place , is it normal ? My ecg , echo and xray were normal.

Hello I reduced cholesterol level from Total cholesterol - 246mg/dl Hdl- 40mg/dl LDL - 179mg/dl Triglycerides - 186mg/dl To Total cholesterol - 215mg/dl Hdl- 33 mg/dl LDL - 153mg/dl Triglycerides - 145mg/dl in one month. Should I go for medication? Doctor suggested I check for a month if I am able to reduce and get back. Please suggest!

He had gone through Angioplasty in may end when his lungs were filled with fluid. But after that again the fluid created the problem and he was facing difficulty in breathing. When doctors gave injection lasix , he felt relieved. But now every then and now he feels that he is not able to breath smoothly . Also he has a lot of cough which doesn't come out.
