High diastolic bp
Have been on anxiety medication esipram plus  for almost 6 months , quitted medication an year back because of its adverese affect and dizziness , i still feel anxious and feel it take more efforts to breath with a little heavy sensation in that chest and abdomen area, its been more than an year now a few said its due to anxiety , a frnd said its BP problem as my diastolic is often 95 to 103 always where as systolic remains normal or rise whenever i am thinking whats happening to me. I have been an healthy individuals before all this started in 2020. I do have sedentary life style since lockdown , I don't feel active at all and feels like just sleeping because of all this nauseatic feelings.

At your age it may be stress related bp rise Is there any family history of hypertension
