BP medication for anxiety Patient.
I have high bp shoot up when i am anxious and panicked. I did my ECHO recently and Mild Concentric LVH was detected. The  general physician who checked my report said that my heart was working too hard so the heart wall has thickened a little and that i need to be under BP meds for Life. She gave me Cilicar 5 mg for a month. I have taken for 15 days now and feel like my bp and heart rate is less (i may be wrong please help to confirm) below is my bp readings after starting cilicar 5 mg. Should i stop taking bp meds or take half a tab of Cilicar 5mg. Is Mild concentric LVH normal? Full life i will need bp meds? Bp readings: 6th Sep: 5.30 pm. 116/64 (65 heart rate) 7th Sep: 7 am. 125/78 (62 HR)                     9 am. 116/68 (68 HR) 8th Sep: 7 am. 123/74 (66 HR) 13th Sep: 10 am: 124/74 (62 HR) 18th Sep: 11 am: 111/63 (64 HR)

Your BP is normal. Stop cilacar and monitor home BP.
