From a while now i was not being able to sleep lot of negative thoughts and anxiety and lately i am being able to sleep with my earphones on and listening to something i like i fall asleep. Is it bad for heart to listen to earphone while sleeping. How is it harmful?

I'm an 22aged male was regular gym goer and player. On April got covid after that had mild chest pain and back pain here and there so got tests done Lipid profile normal Ecg(sinus tachycardia) Echo normal. Suffering from cardiac fear and not able to focus to do gym again. Although doctors said it's not cardiac related. Though ecg was tested 21 days before echo

I am feeling chest pain from last few days. chest pain feels in left part of chest and when i run for 10 minute it feels on right chest very heavy nd pain . it becomes normal after i rest and stop running but in walking it doesnt feel and when i start running it again starts. i did my ecg echo tmt 6 month back it was normal that time . left axis d was there in my ecg. should i again go for a heart checkup. or it is normal pain. please tell me interval of times when i should go for a heart checkup

Hello I am 33 year old and my cholesterol levels are as follows. Total cholesterol 246mg/dl with HDL cholesterol at 40mg/dl, LDL cholesterol at 179mg/dl and triglycerides at 186mg/dl, VLDL cholesterol at 37.2mg/dl and non-hdl cholesterol at 206.5mg/dl. Please suggest should I start medication to control cholesterol.

Hi doctor, Myself ramya I got cleared with my previous question. My husband is 34years had heartattack on June. He's continuing tablets , doctor advised to take tablets for 6months , after 6 months he will reduce tablets. After taking cholesterol and blood thinners tablets will cause diabetes is the question adding another question like he's walking in office around 6000 to 7000 steps a days , is that sufficient. He's not going walk for particularly  . Is that ok ?. What type of food diet he has to follow. Thanks in advance Regards Ramya

Hi doctor, Myself ramya staying in bangalore, last month my husband had heartattack , by God's grace he's fine now my question is like he's 35years now. After angiogram they did angioplasty too , but  while explaining they said there is 35% blockage , but in report they mentioned 70 to 80% blockage . They kept stent also . They gave cholesterol tablets, Blood thinner . But many people telling taking many tablets may result in diabetes. Is this true? If yes how to avoid diabetes. Need clarification on this.
