My Triglycerides is 200 and my CRP is 64 , what should i do now ? Is it too much high ? I never had covid , neither i am having any other problem

I am having left arm and shoulder pain since 7-10 , have not taken any medicine till now , just applied volini once , the pqin is felt on left shoulder , left upper arm , left side neck radiating towards neck plus sometimes on wrist also , the pain is on and off , sometimes more prominent , sometimes not but is kind of persistent though , when the pain started the first day i also had pain in middle and extreme left chest pin pointed , consulted a local gp physically , he had me done an ecg which came normal, so he said nothing to worry , it will subside , but it hadnt , is the pain heart related or something else , should i consult cardiologist i have high cholesterol and borderline triglycerides , is it something related , the pain is mild though , sometime i feel pain on head(left side) also..

My husband aged 37 taking telmisartan 40mg from last 2 years..all his blood reports ,ecg,echo were normal at that time,from 3 days his blood pressure readings are 130/100 or 140/110 despite taking medicine..he is having mild headche also..what could be the cause? Or medicine need to changed

Hi, Is met xl 50 equivalent of concor 5mg? I have been asked to switch to met xl 50 from concor 5mg(since it causes skin rashes). With concor 5mg my bp was 120-130/80-85. When i was using met xl 50(two weeks) my bp was 150/100. Wanted to check switching to met xl 50 will increase my bp or will it maintain my bp. Thanks

I am feeling chest pain from last few days. chest pain feels in left part of chest and when i run for 10 minute it feels on right chest very heavy nd pain . it becomes normal after i rest and stop running but in walking it doesnt feel and when i start running it again starts. i did my ecg echo tmt 6 month back it was normal that time . left axis d was there in my ecg. should i again go for a heart checkup. or it is normal pain. please tell me interval of times when i should go for a heart checkup
