Hello Doctor, is cold weather also affect blood pressure? Why Blood pressure generally is higher in the winter and lower in the summer? My blood tends to remain in summer 120/80 and 130/84 and in winter my BP remains 133/84 and sometimes 135/87. Please advice. Thanks

My heart rate jumped to 150 bpm due to anxiety I was getting scared and while heart rate was going up I experienced a spasm at upper chest.

Dr shibashankar sir no sir baseline heart rate is not 90 my racing heart rate is around 75 bpm but when I felt anxiety just 15 mins ago my heart rate jumped to 170 during anxiety it was around 145 but when I climbed stairs and checked in oxineter it was 170 right now my heart rate is 84 bpm.

My mother in law age 74 suffering fro hypertension since 28years, she use to take 3tablets regularly since approx 20years, the tablets was beta blockers 50mg, calcium channel blockers 10mg, aceinhibitors 20mg, but recently she went to checkup recently her bp 170/92 doctor suggested to increase the dosage. My concern, is these tablets are going to harm her multiple organs future? please suggest me to how to maintain in such cases
