Sharp pain in left chest and opposite back .. Pain like sharp needle pain.. It worse while moving left hand.. But it comes and goes.. It last for 5 to 10 sec.. Iam 24 years male normal box, normal sugar, normal cholesterol, no family history of heart disease.. But this pain make me fear... Related heart attack, ... But 2 month before I done ECG, ECHO, and TMT test.. Report is negative... What can I do now... Shall I go for another heart valuation ... What cause this sharp pain...

I am having chest pain for the past few days. I feel discomfort. Sometimes, with chest pain, I have pain in my arm joint or the back of my neck. The pain gets worse sometimes. It lasts for a few hours.

Hello doctor, my age is 34 years (male) I have been feeling weird sensation on left side of my chest since 1 week, there is no pain. It usually comes at evening and night. I do exercise or jogging 40 min/day, sensation is not affecting, and absolutely no sensation in the morning. I did detailed blood test, everything is normal. Only problem is my HDL is low (30 mg/dl) and overall cholesterol is at 160. I'm overweight. No acidity/gastric, bowel movements are normal. Kindly advise.

My father suddenly had a pain like pulling from stomach to chest and gone 2 times motion and had a sweating problem... what are these symptoms are? Is it serious what are the test should do for these problem ,is ecg have to be done?

Hello doc, I do cardio workout for 30 min. Throughout the exertion there's no pain even there is increase in heart rate. While am jumping there is pin pain in breastbone location which is in middle. After that there's no pain. Is it cardiac or non cardiac pain. This pain also comes when am rest. Is it muscular pain or costochondritis or cardiac pain??? If it is costochondritis which xray to be taken ??

Please help for the treatment Already had 2 heart attack no surgery had been done . When consult the same at AIIMS they said its a life risk surgery

Swelling in legs and hand with knot and red and black patches... And lots of pain happens and fever comes at night...

I have BP range 142/89. Do I start medication? Or changing lifestyle would lower it? I personally don't want to use medication. Please advice. Thanks in advance.

I am 34 year old vaccinated male. 2 days ago suddenly I felt sharp pain both sides of chest after taking dinner. The pain was coming and going (sometimes less pain sometimes more) for 2 hours. After 2 hours pain subsided and I slept. Next morning I  underwent ECG. My ECG was normal. But blood pressure was 140/100. I am checking my BP since 3 days. It was 140/100, 132/82, 130/100 last three days. I don't feel any pain in chest now but there is some discomfort. It might be psychological. But this blood pressure thing is giving me more stress as doctor said it's not right. Please advise which test should I undergo to rule out any serious heart ailment. My ECG was normal. I don't smoke or drink. My height is 5'5" and weight 71 Kg.
